Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy & Terms 1. Deposit & Payment Schedule A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your week. $2,000 is due 3 business days before your scheduled start date. Balance of $2500 is due on the Friday of your dedicated week prior to website launch. If final payment is not received, Site will not be launched and live until payment is received. 2. Refunds & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 7 days’ notice before your scheduled week. Less than 7 days’ notice requires a new deposit to rebook. Once the project begins (Day 1), no refunds are issued. 3. Deliverables & Scope Package includes: Brand identity (logo, color palette, typography, style board); Brand style guide PDF; 3-page website (Home, About/Services, Contact); Mobile optimization & domain connection; 1 hour post-launch support Not included: Copywriting, ecommerce functionality, SEO optimization, extra pages, ongoing maintenance—these are available as add-ons. Each deliverable includes 1 round of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately. 4. Client Responsibilities Completion of the Brand Questionnaire at least 48 hours before Day 1. Providing all existing content (copy, images, testimonials) by the start date. Availability for daily feedback during the project week via Slack/WhatsApp. Failure to provide timely feedback may delay launch but does not extend the project week. 5. Ownership & Usage Final approved brand assets and website files belong to the client upon full payment. Designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing.
