A: To hit the ground running, we ask that you complete the Brand Questionnaire at least 48 hours before Day 1. If you already have content (copy, images, testimonials), please provide it in advance. Otherwise, we can use placeholder content.

A: To reserve your dedicated week, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Initial payment of $2,000 is due 3 business days before your scheduled start date. This ensures we can block the calendar exclusively for your project. Balance of $2500 is due on the Friday of your dedicated week prior to website launch.

A: Because we only take four clients per month, each booking represents a full week of our team’s time. The deposit secures your spot and prevents us from booking another client during that window.

A: You may reschedule once, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice before your start date. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. Less than 7 days’ notice will require a new deposit to rebook.
